All HTS INDUSTRIAL modular buildings are pre-engineered for precise, rapid assembly and installation. This pre-fabrication, together with our skilled site teams, are key factors which facilitate the rapid and efficient installation of our buildings.
The size of building to be installed will determine the method of installation. Typically, frames are lifted into place by a telescopic forklift or, for larger spans and eave heights; a mobile crane will be used.
Your site will be fully managed at all times by our highly experienced personnel. HTS INDUSTRIAL site personnel hold CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) cards which demonstrate general health and safety awareness and appropriate CITB qualifications for any plant machinery they are required to use.
It is a key feature of our working practices that we cause minimum disturbance both locally and to the existing infrastructure. This is often of particular relevance to our clients on restricted sites where disturbance of daily operations is a major consideration.
