MODULAR BUILDINGS - PART L2A COMPLIANT

Today, it’s a way of living and constructing, to help preserve the environment in which we live. Anticipating this trend HTS INDUSTRIAL has developed a comprehensive range of structures that are both economical and easy to install. They are approved and comply fully with UK Building Regulation Part L2A for modular building systems.

Strength and durability are the key features of our buildings. The main framework is manufactured from a highly durable, maintenance-free structural grade T6002 aluminium alloy for the main uprights, rafters and corrosive resistant hot dipped galvanised steel for all connections.

Roof and wall claddings are supplied in the latest fully LPCB approved PIR (non-combustible) composite panels. The use of these panels, combined with specialist sealants and flashing details, ensures excellent thermal efficiency and air tightness performance are achieved thus fully conforming to Part L2A legislation.

• Total flexibility enabling buildings to be easily extended or fully demounted and re-located or re-sold.

As standard with all HTS INDUSTRIAL modular portable buildings, high levels of product quality are assured through the use of certified and tested materials, high technology manufacturing techniques and rigorous testing to appropriate national and European standards.

All Part L2A modular building projects are fully managed by HTS INDUSTRIAL working with a number of specialist sub-contractor partners where appropriate including civil works (if required) and air leakage testing and certification.
