All HTS INDUSTRIAL modular temporary buildings are designed and manufactured at our ISO 9001:2000 certified head office and production facility located at Kefenrod, Germany.
Based on decades of modular building and temporary warehouse manufacturing, our 42,000m² state-of-the-art facility was commissioned and constructed in 2005 specifically for the manufacture and storage of our modular building systems.
Our purpose-built factory incorporates the highest levels of technology combined with advanced production systems that are applied throughout the entire manufacturing process ensuring an unrivalled high quality end product.
The streamlined facility operates six purpose-built production halls, each fully equipped with a bespoke CNC (computer numerically controlled) machine ensuring the smooth flow of product throughout the entire production process from raw material through to finished product.
The factory has the capability and capacity to operate 24 hours a day ensuring high product demand and delivery timelines are always achieved. Standard production lead-times are three weeks from date of order to delivery on site. Both new sale items and rental stock structures are subjected to stringent quality control procedures. Following final quality control inspection, all products are packed, banded and prepared for customer dispatch.
Prior to collection, all finished goods are stored in our customer dispatch area. Dependent on the final destination, delivery to your site will be by articulated vehicle or shipping container. Each order is individually handled to comply with individual site and delivery schedules.
