TEMPORARY WAREHOUSE BUILDINGS - COMPOSITE ROOF SYSTEM

Used in both permanent and semi-permanent applications, these modular yet fully portable buildings are comparable in terms of finish and structural strength as found on conventional steel framed and bricks / mortar buildings. They have the value added benefits, however, of much lower overall project costs and shorter manufacturing and installation times. Strength and durability are the key features of our buildings. The main framework of our portable buildings are manufactured from maintenance-free, highly durable and robust extruded structural T60

02 grade aluminium alloy for the main uprights, rafters and roof purlins and corrosive resistant hot dipped galvanised steel for all connection pieces . All HTS INDUSTRIAL structure frames are supplied with comprehensive warranties against material defects.

Like all HTS INDUSTRIAL structures, steel roofed portable modular buildings offer the added benefit of being fully demountable.  Unlike conventional buildings, the building can be relocated to another location or re-sold on the open market when no longer required, realising a substantial return on the original investment.
